I learned to understand my past, and appreciate who I really am, and put things in perspective.

I was recommended to Andrew by a friend after a conversation about the medication I was taking for anxiety and depression and I am very grateful for the introduction. I have struggled for as long as I can remember with anxiety manifested in things like imposter syndrome, rejection and stress but things came to a head when my daughter was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer – this tipped me over the edge and I needed help. As irrational as it seems, I felt that somehow my daughters condition was my fault…after all, I’m supposed to be the Dad, the protector and the person who just ‘fixes things’ right?… but I couldn’t fix this and my world was a very dark place.

It helps of course that Andrew is a nice guy. His style is very relaxed, but thorough and professional and through a structured program of self-reflection and regression therapy we quickly identified and focussed on the significant things that have negatively impacted my life, some from a very early age. I learned to understand my past, and appreciate who I really am, and put things in perspective. Naturally, this is just the start of my journey but already I feel more in control of my life. I am no longer the permanently grumpy dad or snappy husband who always seems to have a beer in his hand… I am calmer and more reflective and supportive to my family. I drink less, have a more confident outlook, and perhaps most importantly I am learning how to live in the present, and to let go of the burdens I have been carrying from my past.

If you are feeling lost, that nothing is ever good enough, or the world just seems an unfair and dark place, then I recommend talking to Andrew. He can help you put things in perspective, bring a clarity to your thinking and give you the tools to help you find your inner peace.
